We want you to be happy with Crate Dog Pro. If you change your mind within 14 days of your initial payment, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds for Crate Dog Pro are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net (Paddle’s buyer portal) and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support through the app and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to Free plan limits.

After the 14-day period

After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case by case. If you experienced a serious service issue, were charged in error, or have another good-faith reason, contact support and we will do our best to help.

Plan changes and limits

If a subscription expires, is canceled, or payment fails permanently, your account returns to Free plan limits. Existing saved content beyond Free limits may be hidden from view but is not deleted, and is restored if you re-subscribe.For legal questions, contact us through the support details provided in the app.
